How it works
Purchasing a vehicle has never been easier with Just EVs. Our up-to-date website means that you can find your perfect vehicle, wherever you are! Get started by searching our stock now.
How can I place a deposit on a vehicle?
Please contact us to put a deposit on any available vehicle. As we work on a first come, first served basis, this deposit will secure the vehicle to yourself and we will remove from sale. We accept most major credit and debit cards for deposit payments.*
If you have a car (or two!) that you would like to trade-in in exchange for your new car, we can help! Please get in contact with a member of our team for an accurate market-based evaluation.
How long will my deposit secure my vehicle for?
Your holding deposit will secure the vehicle for 10 working days. After this, your deposit may be forfeited or an extra payment may be required.
For added ease for you to fund your new car, please view our finance calculator on any of our car info pages in the showroom. Alternatively find more information on our EV finance page.
How will my car be delivered?
Your car will be delivered by one of our friendly delivery drivers that will talk you through the car and answer any questions you may have. The car will be fully charged and delivered on a flatbed delivery vehicle. If you have access restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible.
Free UK mainland delivery
All of our vehicles can be delivered anywhere within mainland UK free of charge. When placing your order, please advise a member of our team what day you would like your new car delivered on.
Build and adjust your finance quote using the calculator built into our car sales info. Find the car you want to purchase, build the quote, fill in the quick online application, and wait for us to get back to you shortly after.
As an FCA regulated and authorised business, we work closely with MotoNovo Finance who are able to offer both Hire Purchase and Personal Contract Purchase finance. Please get in touch with our team to find out more. Just EVs act as a credit broker and not a lender.

In order to give you an accurate part exchange valuation, we would require:
If your car is valued more than the car you would like to purchase and there is no outstanding finance on it, we will happily give you back the difference. This would be paid to you after taking delivery of your new vehicle.

Warranty for my car
Most of our vehicles have an element of manufacturers warranty remaining on the vehicle. This is the primary warranty for your new vehicle. If your vehicle is out of manufacturers warranty and falls under our standard parameters, you will be covered by our 3 month Just EVs Limited Warranty.

Please get in contact with a member of our team as soon as you notice a problem with your vehicle. Failure to do so could invalidate your claim. If you choose to continue to operate a faulty vehicle and further damage is caused, we may not be able to validate your claim. Please contact us by phone or email prior to authorising any recovery or work on the vehicle as we work with our own approved repair centres and will not pay out for claims that have not been approved by our team before work commences.
